Miltos Tentoglou returned to Greece a champion once again, his second gold medal of 2024 after his victory at the European Indoor Athletics Championships. Now, he can focus on the ultimate goal of any track and field star: the Olympic gold medal in Paris this summer.

Starting with an 8.42-meter jump and unleashing two more jumps of 8.65 meters, Tentoglou excelled once again, leaving Italian Mattia Furlani and Swiss Simon Ehammer in his wake.

With medals in Munich in 2018 and London in 2022, Miltos Tentoglou now has three consecutive gold medals at the European Athletics Championships (the 2020 event in Paris was postponed due to the pandemic).

His trophy cabinet is overflowing. At the age of 26, the charismatic jumper from Grevena has won gold medals in all major athletics events and is now looking for a way to make the Greek national anthem ring out in Paris in a few weeks.
